Cancellation, No-Show, Lateness Policy

At Groom Room we understand that circumstances arise that require cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. The following policies are established to ensure that we can provide all of our valued clients the best possible service and experience.

CANCELLATIONS

24-hour advanced notice is required for any appointment cancellations. This allows ample time for another client seeking a service to make an appointment online. Any cancellations or modifications within 24-hours will be subject to paying the 100% of the cancelled service. Our online appointment service will allow you to cancel or modify your appointment up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. You can cancel or modify your appointment by clicking the “Change/Cancel” button at the bottom of the confirmation e-mail you received after scheduling your service.

NO SHOWS/SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS

Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without cancelling online, or without first contacting Groom Room will result in the client to be charged 100% of the missed service. Future appointments will only be scheduled directly by your barber and non-refundable prepayment of service will be required to secure future appointments.

LATE ARRIVALS

To ensure that we deliver the best possible service to all of our valued clients, we have allotted the necessary time to complete each appointment and provide a great experience. Arriving on time for your scheduled service is imperative for us to comfortably complete your service. Regretfully, we cannot adequately complete any service if a client arrives late. We reserve the right to respectfully decline service to a client who is over 10 minutes late for their scheduled appointment. Excessive lateness will be viewed and charged as a no-show.
